Refund policy

If for any reason you are unhappy with your purchase, you may return it within 14 days of delivery. It must be in its original condition, unworn and labels still attached.

Please take care in returning items so that the next customer will receive the product in the same perfect condition.

As the customer, you will be responsible for the return costs and a refund for you item(s) will be issued once they have been received and checked.

Please allow up to 7 working days for the refund to appear on your bank statement. Refunds can only be issued to the same card that you originally used to pay for the order.

There are No returns on earrings purchased on our website for health and hygiene reasons.

Please obtain and keep proof of postage. We recommend you use a recorded delivery for items over £50.

We will notify you when we have received your item and that a refund has been processed.
